Construction Set Download

I am trying to download the Construction Set for Oblivion. The problem is I cannot run .exes on my computer or my computer will crash. Is there an alternate download in the form of 7-zip or a way to download a .exe without using the self installer?

No, I'm pretty sure there's not. Moreover, that's an extremely serious problem with your computer - you should get that fixed.

Hey, Wolf:

There were security/registry issues with Vista IIRC that caused problems with exe extension. Have you tried looking here?
