Hey, if you buy MW from steam do MODS still work?

It says on steam that the version on steam does not come with the original construction set.

I have always played TES games since since MW in 2002 on console, and am finally making (what I feel is) the right decision and moving to PC. Let me apologize in advance if this is an ignorant question, as I am new to playing TES games on PC.

Mods work perfectly, so long as you make sure the files are dated properly. The CS is not included, but one of the sticky threads here has instructions on where to get that and make sure mods are working.
