I am currently running Windows 7.
I've had oblivilon for awhile, and i deciede to try and make a mod, I didn't get very far. I kept getting Error message. The same one.

I uninstalled Oblivion, and the construction set. Then reinstalled oblivion, then installed the Tes construction set again.
I downloaded the construction set from the elderscrolls website, and followed the directions to install it. I am having problems.

Keep saying: "File Oblivion.esm is a higher version than this EXE can load."

You need to patch your CS to v1.2.404
Make sure you are getting the correct version:
http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_utilities.htm

Its also recommended with your OS to NOT install the game in the default folder.

Install to another drive, or C:\Games\ instead
