i am urging everyone who is having game breaking issues call in when ever you get the chance
i am also reminding you to please try to remain polite when calling in it is not the operators fault that this game was released this way please try to keep that in mind

try to remain calm simply explain your issues
be sure to let them know which is the most precedent (the game breaking crashes)

I've sent several emails, and not one reply. Hell, not one auto-acknowledgment that my emails are even getting to.. well.. anyone.

I can understand though, working on new DLC instead of fixing their broken game is obviously more important.

I am from germany, and i wrote an email to Bethesda with my case.
I got answer a couple of days later, i wrote back, and i got answer a couple of days later again.

They seem to need some time to respond, but actually, for me, they do...
My problem is not fixed, as it takes days for an answer, but it is nice to see that they read my mails hihi
