I've found a mod on PES named http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5085 and thought that the spherical mesh inside would be perfect for a few spells I am working on in Elemental Magicka II.

I don't see any indication of re-use permissions on the PES entry or in the readme file, and my emails to the listed email address are getting bounced by mailer daemon. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Chris McCoy, either another email address or AIM or something, or know if there are open permissions to use his models as a resource?

Alternatively, if anyone knows any other sphere .nif resources, that would probably work well, too. Thanks in advance for any help!

Back on topic, I'm pretty sure that making a sphere is the most basic mesh making; I'm sure someone would simply make it for you.

From what I gather making the sphere is probably rather simple, but UV mapping to avoid nasty seams may not be so easy. I couldn't really say as I have zero experience with modeling; not being an artist in any sense, I rely upon modder's resources and Nifskope to get what I need.

There is no existing resource -- or rather, no resource with an author I can contact -- I'd certainly welcome any sphere .nif donations from any kind hearted modeler out there.
