I know that many of you have been wondering how to get in touch with EA Support as a result of the issues that you face and I thought I would post the link so therefore many of you are able to contact them more easily.

You may need to log in first and you are able to do so with your origin account.
If you don't have an origin account then you can create a new EA account.

Fill out your "Product, Category and Platform" in order to see which form of communication you are able to establish for your issues.
