The containers in jeanrs shoplifting or skydiving barf up and it goes away after a week.

Look for containers that don't respawn their contents. Those SHOULD be safe to store your things in.

I'll keep that in mind but I have like 3 spaces left and I don't want to sell my unique wepons because sometimes they disapear from the vendor.
Yes I have been using vendors as loot boxes and yes I know its expensive.

The room in novac and all the comped suites in the casinos have safe containers.

You don't need to pay for the room in Novac, either, if you get rid of Jeanie-May. If she's dead, the store owner in the Dino-Bite will give you the key for free.

Do the quest for boone and the mcbrides. It's the best way to get a free house.
