Hi, short question. I completed the game before without the dlc's installed.

Now if I install the dlc's (goty) will I be able to continue with my char?

Pretty much yes.

Though you will need to load a save prior to completing the game, then waiting a few minutes for the DLC to all start running (You'll get a variety of radio signals for four of DLC and a 'level cap raised' message when Broken Steel is running.

If on PC, you'll also need to activate the DLC via the Data Files tab on the launcher.
