I'm level 18, got to Windhelm and learned Pickpocketing from Silda The Unseen. From here on it might spoil things a bit.
I've learned the skill from her about 3 times and then pickpocketed the money back.

Then I was doing random stuff in Windhelm and left the town. Now SPOILER: There was a dragon which I killed, amongst the Windhelm Guards there were Hired Thugs who I talked to ... then they suddenly attacked me. I killed them and looted them.

I found a Contract which said that they were hired by Silda The Unseen for some gold. I went back inside to talk with Silda The Unseen about it ... but there was no option to talk with her about that bounty Contract. Is there a way to take revenge on her for putting a bounty on me?

... it's not really important ... but I would really like to know if I can do something about this

Nothing you can do about it. There are a number of NPCs in-game (usually shop owners) that will hire thugs if you've stolen something from them. If you kill the thugs, that will be the end of the ordeal. However, if you go ahead and steal from them again, you can expect another helping of thugs (or an assassin).

Thanks for that. Since that NPC didn't notice that I have pickpocketed her, I thought that it's impossible that she could hire thugs ... because she didn't react on my pickpocketing.

Why would you want to take revenge? You were stealing from her anyway, so it was only fair.
But the jokes on her, because she had her money stolen, then she paid more money to thugs that in the end got killed by you.

So for you, it was win-win.

I've never had hired thugs attack me.. and I'm at around 162 hours, and stolen tons of crap from people. But I'm also in The Dark Brotherhood and Thieves guild.

My DB assassin had DB assassins sent after her... it was really weird. Oh and thieves that ambushed her on the road where you say something to the effect: "Do you really want to rob a person that is also a member of the guild?" at which point they say sorry and go away ...

Weird o.O I wanna see DB attack me.. I spend majority of my time on the game just walking around looking at scenery or picking alchemy items.. worst thing that's attacked me is a wolf (haven't slayed dragon for MQ yet)
