im just wondering, i have a laptop with a wireless 360 controller which i hook up to my tv through hdmi for playing games can the microphones for the xbox which plug into the controller work on pc with the controller?

yes they appear as a usb microphone device. I use mine all the time.

Yeah, it should work. I actually played Need for Speed Hotpursuit on my PC with my friends ps3 controller, so u shouldn't have probs using 360 one.

no i dont have any problems using the controller, crysis 2 is one of the only games i have played which automatically switches to controller mode as soon as you plug it in, even sets up the buttons the same as the likes of CoD on 360 which is awesome, my question was regarding a 360 mic in the controller, if it would work the same as it does on the 360, pluging a 360 mic into the wireless controller and to function properly
