Xbox one... I had a game going with no real issues, but I like to explore other gameplay styles so I started a new game. After I emerged from the crying chamber, the controller would no longer respond and move my character. I reloaded several prior saves to no avail. I can still play my original character, but why is this happening to my new character? I have the updates for which I've been notified installed... Any ideas?

this method has been working for a lot of different bugs that have been going around. try doing a xbox hard reset. to do this shut down the console by holding down the power button on the console for 5 seconds until it turns off then return to the save file. dunno if this will fix the issue but as i said a hard reset has been solving a lot of issues in the game so i hope this fixes your file.
