Controller calibration small change big results!!!

Post » Thu Dec 06, 2012 2:01 pm

Just curious does anybody else adjust their controller settings for improved play performance? If so what is the "sweet spot," for you?

I've been adjusting my controller settings and have found that 60% sensitivity and 25% hud work best for me; after trying various ends of the spectrum. I found my accuracy and reaction to fast paced spots have improved. Has anybody else tried re-calibrating with successful results?

I toy with my sensitivity between 45 and 60. Some connections I've even gone up to as far as 100. It's almost like every day or game it could use adjusting.

I keep my HUD bobble at 100% I recall hearing something early on about it helping the frame rate but who knows. Either way I like the hud moving around a lot, it makes me feel faster. A lot of people I know have it at 0% and they say it's just too much movement on the screen which makes sense. But for myself personally, having it at 0 or anything other than 100 makes me feel slow for the hud bobble.

If I'm snipping I usually put sensitivity up to about 80% but never bothered to mess around with the hud.
As I side note, did anyone get a drop in frame rate if you clock and zoom down a sniper scope?

Cheers
