So I just now got around to reading the latest incarnation of HORSE's Compendium, and I came across this bit of info:

"In addition to this, Splash Damage has also included six preset schemes that are based off other popular shooters, with clever name to describe them. The choices are:

Duty Calls
Green Marine Chief
Zone of Killing
Field of Battle
Oh My Gears
Zombie Killer"


And I'll break it down to make it easier on people. You can change the controller schemes so they emulate the controls of:

Call of Duty
Halo
Killzone
Battlefield
Gears of War (?)
Zombie Killer - could be Left 4 Dead, or maybe Killing Floor. Don't really know though.

Just thought it was a pretty cool feature. I'll probably play with the Battlefield controls, since I'm used to it. I don't know how the Gears of War style would work out though, or if the vaguely named "Zombie Killer" would work out for me.

Capt obvious... i'd probably set it too Duty Calls considering CoD is my default fps game.

"Zombie Killer" is Left 4 Dead.

I imagine the Halo, Call of Duty, and Gears of War settings are of the most recent games in each franchise.
