I just finished the COME FLY WITH ME quest. Shortly after I noticed when I kill any VIPER Gang members MY CONTROLS DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY. Such as Aiming, VATS even ESC key. I am playing the PC version.

Any help welcomed. OTHER THEN NOT KILLING VIPERS

Sounds more like http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1140040-cowboy-repeater-and-latest-patch/, and the answer has nothing to do with not killing Vipers.

The answer is not to use an entire list of weapons that were semi-broken before the recent "panic patch" and thoroughly broken after said patch made the problem infinitely worse. Basically anything that loads one cartridge at a time when reloading rather than swapping out an ammo magazine.

Or not to reload them while crouching. You know, like the game tells you to do to increase accuracy and reduce weapon swaying.

Or not to move while reloading them while crouching. Not the tiniest little bit.
