Convenience Suggestions!

Some small things I noticed would be nice, mostly alchemy related -

-Display icons on potions in our inventory - so we don't have to search through a bunch of unmarked bottles by going over them with our cursor.
-An option to hide UI on screenshots so we don't have to turn crosshair off and such when going for a nice landscape SS for our desktop or whatever. (And a hide when out of combat toggle too)
-Ability to poison a number of arrows per bottle of poison(and enchant a number of them per soulgem). Poison should also last longer on melee weapons, to be fair.
-Alchemy apparatus that we don't need to carry in our inventory - in places like mages guild that you activate and they just open up your alchemy screen, similar to enchant altars.
-Allow us to stack potions with the same effect, just make it average the strength of all them or something - as if we mix them all and re-bottle them I guess. Having 10+ potions of the same effect that are all just slightly different is annoying.

What minor annoyances would you like to see dealt with in Skyrim?

Make it a lot easier to store and display items we collect! The was a nightmare in Oblivion, especially on consoles.

The HUD (except the compass, I think) disappears when not in combat:D

Mortar & pestle as the only alchemy apparatus we have in our inventory, but it will only allow powders rather than potions. Powders have zero weight, but also much less effects. Visiting an alchemist would result in different produce based on the level of purity you were allowed to get from an alchemist. Alchemy has 7 steps rather than the 4 we have, and the final step is to make it a solid. This solid could be used as a substance for smithing. Effects coming from alchemy should be different from effects coming from enchantment/soul magic. I don't know, just a wild idea.

The 7 steps:
1. Calcination. Heating and reduction to ashes.
2. Dissolution. Dissolving ashes in water, breaking it down to arcane materials.
3. Separation. Isolation of components by filtration.
4. Conjunction. Recombination from several separations into new components.
5. Fermentation. Bacterial step :)
6. Distillation. Boiling and condensation to increase purity.
7. Coagulation. Sublimation of elements making it a solid or powder that can be added to "anything".

I like the potion ideas. It was quite annoying to have so many potions of varying strength.. Also annoying to have to name each homemade potion so you'd know exactly what it was. I always just used the default and then attached an M for (mine) to the end so I'd know to look at it more carefully before I took it.

make diseases bloackable, I hated the fact I had to run-slash-run-slash to avoid getting the vampire disease (or other such) as a melee character because blocking didn′t prevent getting it >.>

I hope to see lables on books like the mods on Oblivion did, and also on the wines and more minigames where it takes skill not to burn food on hardcoe mode.
