Well, just take a look at Cayo's training regime of some of his spells (1 - http://img861.imageshack.us/img861/5286/train01.jpg) (2 - http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/5452/train02.jpg) (3 - http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/6402/train03.jpg)...I wouldn't reccomend you to lay a finger on him. Not unless you count being vaporized as one of your hobbies, of course
