I have had an odd bug start suddenly where if I am standing in front of an NPC talking to them I can not hear them but if I turn at an angle to them I can. Anyone heard of this before?

Do you play using surround sound?
Sounds like a surround sound issue.

LOL! I am such a dorkus! Surround sound Matrix button was in and driving me crazy trying to figure it out.
