Seems to have some unnecesarry components, but the coolness factor

is good.

Its definitely cool looking, and it reminds me of something that a raider leader might wear. I wouldn't want to fight that guy, except maybe to steal his armor.

Looks like a desert raider or something, it puts me in mind of the Sand People from Star Wars

I mean with all the bones and the horns, and the tails. The guy who made it had some time on his hands during the post apocalypse. Especially since it looks like a traveler, but otherwise it looks really cool, and pretty useful.

protection, comfort, design, and a nice tone for camoflague and sneaking. this is the guy in the wasteland you dont see until its too late. AWESOME JOB!
