I really like Stormcloak Officer, that's the best one I've used. Although Thieves and Nightingale both look great.

The male version of the ancient nord helm is the best looking helm. 2nd best looking helm is Yngol's.

I use to hate Glass Armor but the new design is fantastic. What sold it even more to me was when I found a mod on Nexus that changes the color to a nice steel and ice blue combo. If I weren't on my phone I'd link it.

My icon is actually my character in said armor

Other than that I'm also a huge fan of the Elven Armor, and there are a few retexture mods that make Elven even more amazing. I wore Elven until I found Glass. However I don't often wear the helmets of either.

I would have to say its a toss up between deadric and ancient nord they both just look amazing also db and thieves are very nice for a light armor user

I prefer the sleek appearance of Nightingale and shoudred armors. Many of the high end armors look so bulky even though they are light armor.

this but replace glass with the steel plate armor and the thieves guild armor

Glass armor is my favorite, but the helmet is not quite what I thought it would be.

And honestly, a full set of Falmer armor is pretty freakin' badass looking. It's heavy armor, but looks like light armor...VERY light armor...lol

forsworn. bones horns hide natural colors that blend into the surroundings whats not to like? other then it was once worn by a breton snake.

I have to say Elvish or Elven armor is my favorite right now. I just made my first set of glass and while I like that, I like the Elvish more.

There's jut something about the look that I find very appealing.

I think most armors are too clunky looking on my petite sneaky wood-elf, I prefer the brotherhood-armor, but The dragonscale armor looks good, way better than the heavy version.

For my orc melee warrior I think it would look way better with clunky armor so there I think the Ebony armor looks best, especially the Ebony helmet looks real good and clean.

Simple question what's the coolest armor you have seen, feel free to post screen shots of your characters gear if you think it looks cool. So far the coolest armor has to be nightingales I say.

Body: Ebony Mail (Artifact: Quest Reward)

Hands: Ebony Gauntlets

Feet: Ebony Boots

All the armor in Skyrim looks like trash. The thieves guild armor at least has realistic texturing, whereas most of the others look like it could have been made in MS Paint.

Definitely the retexture of Nightengale armor I have on my character right now. It's even got the sigil of House Targaryen stitched into the cape to go with my current RP.
