Copying and pasting a huge cell to an exterior world.

So... I'm doing an experiment, if it works out I might upload an updated version of my mod, if it doesn't, I'm probably just gonna accept some shortcomings and scrap the whole idea. So I copied and pasted a gigantic interior I made, one that's about as large as interior cells can be without that one error that confuses the system resulting in that one glitch where objects all teleport into one big pile. The interior cell itself works, with the only shortcoming being, it takes up more memory than it would if I used an exterior world cell for it, and that I could probably make it much more aesthetically pleasing if I used an exterior world cell... The memory it takes up is roughly 80% which is bearable/can be lived with, although it might not be ideal or whatever.

So I experimented with the idea of making a new world space, and copy pasting everything there... Problem... Is when I do that, for some reason a lot of objects start to pile on top of each other, resulting in something which feels like a failed experiment, which was completely not worth the effort. It seems like the method of copy pasting I am doing, to turn the objects of my interior into an exterior world space, is not working properly.

I really really hope there is some way to copy and paste all of this, without that bug happening, but I got a really bad feeling it might not work that way.
