Hi all, i recently installed Skyrim after ages and now I'm levelin' enchanting skill. I decided to pick perks Enchanter 5/5, Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter and Extra Effect. I'm mainly playing this char as a mage and when i reached 70 ench skill, I picked Corpus Enchanter and wanted to make a better magicka regen ring. But... nothing changed - I still have there only 40%, the same value as I had without the perk (I tested it by deleting and re-getting that perk using console commands). The same with fortify magicka, stamina, etc.

Insightful Enchanter works fine for me.
Any ideas why it doesnt change, eventually some ideas how to fix it?
