Hi All,

Having an issue with the NCR Correctional Facility and quest "I fought the law"

(Spoilers below)

I've killed eddie, and helped the NCR attack. I fought the law has completed, but I was told to talk to Hayes and tell him it's free'd. When I return to Primm, Hayes isn't in his tent.

Has he moved somewhere, is it a bug ? Also, on the radio Mr New Vegas reports the Facility attack as having failed, but when I return the NCE guys are still in the office, but the alarm is still sounding. Is there something I need to do to finish this quest ?

Something similar happened to me.

I cleared NCRCF on my own.

Got the quest finished message when killed Eddie, even though not all powder ganger's were dead at that point. However it does not show up on my quest list. And Hayes is not in his tent. I am on the PC so i used the console to move my character to Lt Hayes. He is on Camp Forlorn and his dialog is the same as in the tent (for me anyway).

To me this counts as a broken quest since his dialog should have changed. Also none of the ncr troopers in primm are aware their Lt is gone. They still tell me to go to his tent.

Same here. I tried to go into the GECK to see WTF was up... I started in the radio, because the radio also says the attack fails.

...I literally cannot seem to find a topic related to the NCR WINNING that fight. So... I can't make the radio man say that they won. Because the topic doesn't seem to exist.

This problem's gonna be a bit beyond me.
