havent seen it mentioned any were trying to remember what other item was with it was it a hat or sumthin?was it unique/named aswell cos cant find it in stuff

It's COS Recon Armor and it can be found down by the Auto-Doc in the Y-17 Medical Facility. It kind of blends in with the rubble, so you're gonna have to look harder.

Not sure what this sentence means. If you're referring to COS items, you can find a COS silenced sniper rifle in a watchtower at Little Yangtze.

err no, the clue to the location is in the Little Yangtze watchtower dairy entry of FE saying about glinting and being watched etc and someone being dragged away.

Go to the Y-17 medical building. In the middle there should be a little drop, go down it. There is some kind of rubble or something smack dab in the middle walk around that looking on the ground and you will find it.

I literally just stated its location and you quoted me and then gave its location again. Unless you were correcting the fact that the ruined building it's found in isn't a watchtower, which is debatable since it was in ruins. Fine, guard barracks!

COS Armor = Yaaaawwwnnn!

The armor is yet another almost useless, hard to repair piece of equipment. It's hardly even worth it to repair with Combat/ReCon armor and sell, so it will just sit in the locker, collecting dust next to the Tron Sneak Suit.
