i made a new character and i would like to know the cost for building a house. on my old characters i had alot of money so i didn't really pay attention to the cost. therefore i was just wondering 5000-10000 or 10000-19000

You need 5000 to buy the land, most everything else you can either mine, cut , hunt or find yourself. Better to buy straw, glass and as many goat horns as you can.
