I'm sorry if I put to much info, I never was into PC gaming. My main concern is, if I'm using DOSbox as an emulator, will I have enough memory?

I think you can manually edit your memory for DOSbox (it tells you how in the Daggerfall DOSbox guide).

Redguard crashes halfway through with DOSbox though.

Are you referring to the crash with Clavicus Vile? Or a different scenario?

Could that be worked around with a virtual machine? Or would the problem persist?

I'm not sure, a surefire way would be to build a vintage PC, luckily there is a computer parts expo near where I live once a month so I got the parts pretty quickly there might be something on eBay.
