I had ousted the old elder and during my questing in vault 22 it came into effect and now hardin is elder instead, and when I go with Veronica to him to present my findings she doesn't initiate any dialogue. And there's no other dialogue I can chose either, so I'm guessing this is some sort of bug. Is there any fix?
