"could not find your credit cart" : Crysis

i want to add my credit card ( mastercard)

but when i'm goind to "credit card" an display error tell me

"could not find your credit card"

how can i do?

are you trying to add the card before you buy the game.
try home > buy game > follow instructions and then enter credit card. or is that what you are already doing.

now i want to buy the dlc but i can't add my credit card!

save your money. ive got both dlc packs and hardly anyone playing them.

the credit card error is a known problem on their website for months and only crytek can sort it.
