Downloaded Betheda.net launcher, installed, then decided to uninstall. It wouldn't let me. What is this message?

Programs do that sometimes.

You might have to restart your computer and try uninstalling again.

or if you haven't done that kill the that programm with the task manager

I went into notification area icons and changed the option for Bethesda.net launcher to show icons and notifications. Then I clicked its icon and picked quit. then I could uninstall it (hopefully it fully uninstalls). Wish I would have known that before I looked into the registry.
