Call me stupid, whatever, but I just cna't figure out manual downloads. I always use the Steam workshop or Nexus Mod Manager.

What do I do after I manually download Project ENB v1_7 revised? What do I do if I have Climates of Tamriel and the Realistic Lighting Overhaul? I tried moving folders from the mod to Skyrim but nothing changes so I don't think I'm doing things properly. Also ,what do the performance options mean? There's files like option C and option A and option E but I have no idea what they do.

Could somebody please help? Explain it like you're explaining to a five year old, I just don't get manual downloads.

Long story short: if you can't understand that, don't screw around with the ENB.

Not trolling, but if you are a basic user whose extent of tool usage is limited to NMM and Steam, messing around with ENB is a great way to make trouble for yourself.

Also, in most cases ENB is only good for making pretty screenshots. I tried different settings countless times and hated it every single time. A still shot with blur/dof/soft focus/etc looks amazing, but when your entire game is like that, you start feeling like your character is myopic and the entire world is shrouded in smoke and fog. Not to mention that unless you have a fairly beefy setup, any ENB will ALWAYS cause a 5-10 average FPS hit.

Bottom line: don't mess with it unless you're an advanced user (and by the looks of it you're not). On the upside you're not missing much, gameplay-wise.
