Could you imagine an alternate reality where Nazeem is Dragon Born? How funny would that be? Even his shouts would be annoying, and he'd only use throw voice to be rude to people.

There's a mod that enables the Dovahkiin to, er, 'shout' from the other end..

Would be perfect for Nazeem - he could BLURT RO DAH himself off the Cloud District.
