Tonight my friend and i registered into fallout online, seems great, as fallout would be amazingly great online.

Lurking into the forums, i found that the main gameplay objective would be roleplay, but im from another country,and i can speak english (not so good, but you guys can still understand it right?) but he cant, and he also wants to play PV13,and roleplay would be hard for him, as the majority of players does speak english. and his question is: Will there be country based servers for better roleplay, and for a better connection? (you know, lag, etc)

And damn, i would be happy as hell if you could buy houses,bars,settlements,shops,caravans,etc.

The character customization is probably going to be great and im going to be a ghoul, So, if the game gets online,Search For the Glowing Caravan! (thats going to be my caravan name)

Last question: Will there be factions and their leader, such as NCR,Brotherhood,Enclave,Legion, Etc?
