Couple of General Mod/DLC Questions

I recently came back to playing Oblivion and installed OOO + MMM, plus all my mods I have always played with (HungryThirsty, Enhanced Econ, MD Saddlebags, RGO, etc.). I also bought all of the official DLC. Have patched up and BOSS ordered everything. Everything is working great. But a couple of questions.

1. I remember seeing some description of a mod that changed the way poisoned weapons worked. Basically, you could set it to automatically re-poison the weapon after each use assuming you had more of the same poison in your inventory.

Can anyone suggest which mod that is? Is it a feature in MMM or OOO?

2. On one of my previous plays as I was getting all my new mods/DLCs running, upon reaching level 2, I had this flurry of popup quest messages that clearly related to the DLCs. One said something about being able to get the horse armor, one said something about having inherited some castle or something, one said something about the besieged castle, etc., Basically it was clear that these were the quest initiation messages for the DLCs. Thing is, a whole bunch of them popped up spontaneously right after I leveled up to level 2. This occurred after I slept in the basemant of the Chorrol Mage's Guild.

That was a previous play. I have restarted from scratch (after having done a bit more mod-adding, BOSSifying, etc.) and have played up to about Level 5.

I have yet to see any of those quest messages so far in my current game, which is fine by me. I thought it was kind've weird and unfun that I suddenly was deluged with all of those various quest messages all at once and without any real provocation event, like talking to an NPC, finding a note or book or something.

I'm guessing that all those DLC messages popped up because I had just installed them? (can't recall for sure). What I'm hoping is that, if you start a new game with all of those DLCs installed right from the beginning, the quest initiation messages will popup one at a time, when/if you find/interact with the proper trigger in the game world?

Please, not asking for anyone to tell me what those triggers for the DLCs happen to be, just to confirm that, that is how it works?

3. I have just found some dead lover boy in Dzonot Cave with a diary on him. Alem something I think; seems he had been smitten by some half-naked warrior chick and got lured into the cave to his death. Again, not asking for spoilers, but curious: is this guy a part of one of the DLCs or one of the quests in OOO or MMM?

Really jazzed that I'm getting to reexperience almost a "whole new game" and looking forward to exploring it all one piece at a time.

1.) Don't know about that. Maybe someone else will.
2.) Yes, those popups are from the DLC's. All DLC's should have a popup message after you leave the underground passages and before you leave the sewers. Unless you use a skip intro mod, in which case, I don't know when the messages will popup. I don't use tutorial skipping mods.
3.) That's from OOO. It's not a part of a quest or anything; just some added goodness.

I do use a tutorial skipping app, so I wonder now when I will get those popups?

On the dead lover boy: figured it out myself ;) Good stuff! And me with a cute little Wood Elfe chicky! :)
