Couple of Lore Questions

Umm... I was wondering what race Tiber was. Nord, Imperial, or Breton?

Why is Lorkhan considered evil?

Tiber is referred to as a Breton in one account, as a Nord in another.

He's more bland than anything, I don't think people say he's evil.

The Mers usually hate Lorkhan. It is not surprising they would consider Lorkhan "evil" because the Mer saw It as the reason why the Mer are not gods or divine themselves.

Colovia seemed just like Nibenay to me. Bethesda didn't have a concept of a race of imperials when they made Tiber Septim though, or else he might have been an imperial.

The more recently created holidays of High Rock are those like Tibedetha, "Tibers Day," celebrated every 24th of Mid Year in honor of Alcaire's most famous, son, Tiber Septim.

Or the untrue version, except that no myth is false (lol)
He was born in Atmora as Talos, 'Stormcrown' in the language of the ancient Ehlnofey, and it was from that shore he sailed. He spent his youth in Skyrim among the Nords.

His heart may not be "evil," so much, but it corrupts those who use it pretty much without question. Even those who try to use its power for "good" (IE the Tribunal) are eventually tempted to selfish or destructive behavior.

It is a known fact that Shor hates the mer. With this fact known, it should not be a surprise whenever they use the heart, something goes wrong! Stupid mer!

It depends on the user. Vivec never went crazy and try to murder everyone. Sure, he had questionable motives of getting his source of divinity, but I never once thought he was that bad. Just a standard mortal's want of power. (He is just a powerful mortal)

Sotha Sil was just a recluse, as in life, and we never knew enough about him to label him insane. Only Dagoth Ur and Almalexia went insane, imo.

Hjalti was Breton, Talos was Nord, Tiber Septim was Imperial. No?

In Morrowind they said that Lorkhan's heart was evil.
Really?

The Mers usually hate Lorkhan.
Mers of Alinor. Chimeri had a very different views on Doom Drum.

Not really, no. Lorkhan helped to create the mortal realm, which eventually led to the 'gods' trapped in it becoming men/mer.

Lorkhan proposed the idea and basically tricked the other gods into sacrificing themselves, but they struck back at the last moment when they realized what was going on and sundered his body into the two moons, and his heart plummeted to Nirn. He's not so much "evil" in the traditional sense as underhanded and crafty.

If you're a stupid mer, then yeah Lorkhan/Shor/Shezarr was an ass. To the men, Shor did this out of mercy, so that time wasn't so circular and predictable. To the Cyrodiils, the man/beast gods (the 8 + Shezarr) liked it, despite being weakened, while the mer gods HATED it (Auri-El and Co.).
