First of all, the Tesla Coils Mod on the Torso of power armor: Whenever I get near neutrals the Tesla Coils hit them and they start attacking me - for instance the mercs at the Insane Asylum, etc. This of course, has me reloading saves and getting out of my power armor so I can actually start dialogue...

Second: Doctor at the Institute won't actually heal me, the dialogue is usually 'Doctor heal me' 'These gen 3 synths are amazing aren't they' and then he walks off.

Nothing too annoying, don't know if anyone else has had/is having these problems?
