That some of you may be able to help with.

First: I'm using Tonas Mod Store, which comes with "Calm Cottage", however Calm Cottage needs a key - (it says) - now I can't find a key anywhere and nowhere in any documentation I can find does it say anything about a key. Can anyone point me in the right direction...?

Secondly: I don't know if this is a mod, actually, but - I found a mansion not far from Chorrol called "Zanadil Manor", it has a door that you can't use, a ladder that you have to pick to get to the roof and a trapdoor that you can't use, on the roof. Has anyone else heard of this place?
I did google but nothing came up!

Zannadil: It's from Dark Brotherhood Chronicles. You can't access it until you've started the associated quest.

Yeah I eventually found the key, but only after trying to pickpocket a shopworker... duh!
