While exploring I ran across this compound. I have Piper as my companion currently. Now I talk to the guard and even with persuading him to reveal about synths I still have to take the quiz from fallout 3. Now after that I go in and it says Piper disliked that. Can I not go in there without her disliking it or is this part of a later quest and should I ignore it? Main quest wise all I have done is Museum of Freedom and side quests related to that, One or two Minuteman Quests, two Brotherhood of steel ones and numerous side quests.

Unless you get a "hated that" just do something she likes to offset it. I preferred Cait she disliked my doing basically anything for the minutemen, which was a lot. So i just did everything naked (all armor no underclothes) and still got all her missions without a problem. There is a cool down on "likes" and probably dislikes, so just have something she likes handy to offset, i do not know what Piper likes, Cait is the one for me
