K what is the cover art duster called in the game and can i get it without the mask? Oh and if anyoen has any ideas on an easy place to get it that would be nice to:) thanks guys

The armor is called the NCR elite ranger coat ( or something like that, it's been a while) and you can get it without the mask. I believe you have to reach a certain level or point in the main quest so that they appear. Either that or walk over to the NCR safehouses to get it, it's low condition but it's better then nothing.
