Cowboy Hats

Post » Sun Jun 06, 2010 8:40 am

Its not really a big deal, but I've noticed everyone in the game is wearing their cowboy hats backwards. It doesn't really affect the game in anyway it just kind of takes away from the realism, not to mention makes the NPCs, and your character included, look odd when wearing them.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I don't know why it would only happen on my game. You are seeing the hats worn with the wide end at the back and the narrower opening at the front? In my game you can tell the hat is on backwards because the of the folds. When you shape a cowboy hat normally the the flat area is wider to the back to protect your neck from the sun and the narrower end is to the front.

Post a screen-shot. I want to know whether or not it's not just you.

It only seems to happen with the black desperado hats.

I'm new to this forum and am unsure as to how I go about posting the screen shots I took, anyone able to tell me how I post them?

You have to host or post the image some where else on the internet and post a link to it.

Personally, it bugs me that I can fix my cowboy hat with Pre-War hats but not other cowboy hats. I mean, what the hell? :meh: I missed my Desperado hat after it got all shot up; the others just aren't as cool.

I'm still trying to find a hat that can repair my Sheriff's hat... otherwise I'm going to have to track down a repair NPC.
