Repair was going to be related to the ammo crafting.
Science was to be related to modding weapons.
These two lvl 6 perks make it seem like science has something to do with crafting energy weapon ammunition.
Vigilant recycler (science 70): recovers energy weapon casings
Handloader (repair 70): recover casings from guns
Can anyone clarify this? How exactly to the crafting skills relate to weapon types? Also what will govern explosive crafting?
