Can you proc and craft a high quality item verses the normal quality item? And if so dose that chance increase the higher you get in level for that craft? Both FFXI & Aion have this in their crafting system.

not afaik. You used reagents you get from deconstructing to improve on existing items that drop or that you craft.
That sorta svcks in a way. Its nice to proc every once in a wile and get a nicer item to use or sell for more then normal. Motivates crafters to push harder for there craft and other good reasons.
I follow what you mean, but IMO it'd either have to be rare enough to not really count, or those would become the status quo. that it would only be potentially profitable to sell if you got the proc.
I think the more predictable outcome is actually MORE likely to produce a more functional economy.
Totally agree. I got so tired of the RNG controlling my crafting in FFXI.
I-d actually love such a feature, but the proc chance would have to be below 1% tbh to make it extremely rare, so that the min maxers or any one else won-t feel gimped by not having that, make it a chance so low that even running a crafting bot 24/7 wouldn-t yield a result if it ran for a week, that sort of low chance, make it truly unique.
Maybe rare trait or something.
Something to make you feel like you are minding your own business crafting and suddenly experiment on something and some magical wombo jumbo happens and you just created something new.
My main experience with crafting is in FFXI and making HQ items was/is awesome. And what is RNG?
