Crash after crash after crash!!

I've been pretty excited about this game and bought it day 1! Yet, I Can't play the game without it crashing!!

Ive completed the opening level and cant seem to go any further without crashes. At first i Noticed that any kind of GPU OC Was causing crashes and giving me the error (dxgi_error_device_removed). This alone is odd because i play games such as skyrim and battlefield OC'd with no issues.

A couple of hours later I tried playing again without any kind of GPU OC and 10 minutes into playing, my pc randomly restarted. I'm using Nvidia's newest driver (314.07 WHQL) and using EVGA Precision for overclocking.

My specs-

M.Board- GA-Z77X-UP4 TH
GPU- EVGA GTX 680 FTW 4GB
8GB Ram
CPU- Intel i5 3570k OC'd to 4.2Ghz
CPU Cooler- Corsair H80 (balance mode)
PSU- EVGA 750w 80 Bronze

Any Ideas?

That overclock is way unnecessary. I would revert to a stock profile and try it like that.

Your CPU overclock is perfectly fine. I have my i7 clocked the same. As for the GPU, some games are more sensitive to overclocking than others. I have my 680 OC'd the same on all games i play, except for Far Cry 3, that game always crashes.

Try rolling back to a previous driver?

i suffered the same, around 10 driver crashes then i changed drivers, and all is well. i'm currently trying the 314.07 quadro version and it's fine.
the 311.15 quadros are ok too.

Regarding Far Cry 3, I too have the same issue when overclocking. I'm gonna try crysis 3 with stock CPU and GPU speeds. I'm surprised Crytek hadn't acknowledged the issue.
