Same issues as other users report. Yesterday (9 Nov) crashing and shutting off when opening vaults. Reloaded app, updated etc... Still cannot access vaults. For user above who reports lost vaults, I had same issue and had to re-tool my iCloud settings, and tap cloud buttons of the "new vault" slots when new app reloaded. (iPad Air) Eventually, after a few tries, software updates, cloud adjustment etc... The vaults return if you had cloud save enabled.
I will say the following: when emailing support, I would call the response exceptionally presumptuous- and I am being polite here. Suggesting to a paying customer who has repeated issues with a faulty product that the customer look to other customers in the forum for help... Well, that's pretty tacky. The app is flawed. Period. It freezes. It crashes. It requires regular reloads and a silly amount of time to get it to work. The issues are widespread, genuine, and annoying. Bethesda really ought to take this seriously and provide continuous info to th in customers....if they wish to keep those customers.
The info a customer requires to use this app SHOULD be provided by Bethesda. The information should be updated DAILY and it should not require 5 different steps to even begin an attempt at a fix or work-around. Users are trying to have fun and paying for this... And OTHER customers are not responsible for providing tech support.
