Hello there fellow fellouts!

I just installed GOTY version from Steam, and quickly fixed fallout.ini to play on 2 cores, cuz i play on a 4-core laptop.
Game worked fine on ultra high settings for about 3 hours, until i went back to Megaton to finish up a quest.
The problem started when i was trying to leave megaton through the main gate, game just suddenly stopped working.
I loaded, then the game crashes on loading.

I then load a earlier save, a quicksave 1minute prior to leaving megaton, and it works, but i cant go through the entrance either.
I try to fast travel, and to some locations it works, but when i start walking around the game crashes again...This is soo frustrating, because i really enjoy beeing back in the capital wastes.....
I have a short list of Mods, including RTS,MMM,Fellout,lvl100cap,deeds perks,Road warrior weather and dalls safehouse, ill pull out the actual list when i get home from work.

How do i trubleshot from here? I have tried to mess with the settings, but with no luck, and i play in window mode at the time, but same happens in fullscreen mode aswell......so frustrating!!
