Crash after 10-20 minutes play

Crysis 2 crashes after 10-20 mins play, it reboots my whole PC. I haven't played it in several months, but it never crashed before yesterday. Yesterday I upgraded my graphics card from an nVidia 8800 GTS to a GTX560Ti and I played Crysis 2 for the first time in ages.

I've checked the usual issues:

* The GPU is factory overclocked, but I'm not overclocking it any further
* My PSU is 500W, which is the recommended minimum for the GTX560Ti
* I've run a 2 hour eVGA stress test with no problems
* I only get the reboots in Crysis, no other games
* I'm running the latest nVidia driver (280.26)
* I have Windows 7 Home 64bit, 8GB RAM, Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz) (The CPU does go to 99% with Crysis running).
* I've installed DX11 and High-Res pack, but I got the crashes before this.
* Running Crysis in Ultra mode.

I think the problem is specific to Crysis 2 and perhaps it's a driver issue. Anyone else with this problem?

Try to add a bit of voltage for GPU via MSI Afterburner app.
Also such CPU is too slow for such powerfull card.

Do you have reboots or BSOD?
AND does 280.26 latest drivers?
