so when ever i try to play the game now it crashes within 30seconds at the same spot for no reasons
tried low settings
tried deleteing all my mods and starting over
what good is a game if it always crashes

I suspect there's a reason why it crashes at the same point every time, but you haven't given us enough information to venture a guess.

When you "started over," what does that mean? Did you uninstall & reinstall the game? Did you delete or rename the Oblivion.ini (in your My Documents\My Games\...) to force the game to recheck your hardware and generate a new ini? (You should try that.)

At what point is the game crashing? Is it crashing before the game begins, or are you able to play for a while? If you posted a dxdiag, somebody might be able to see if there was something about your system that is a problem.
