First it was FPS issue i had 18 in low detail while my friend with a wrost comp than me had 40+ . Then after updatng my driver , mygames now crash after the brink Logo mostly . Sometimes it's just crash after a few minute i enter a server...or after 1minute ~~ less ... The crash is " Game instant close " or " Image freeze and game not responding anymore " Please HELPPPP i can't play the game bought it 3 day ago checking Whole internet to fix it and nothing worked jesus ... !

WTF ? Bought game 4 day ago , And still can't play it , Made that post here & splash damage forum & none helps . Have you tried to fully uninstall your video drivers while using DriverClearnerPro and install 11.1 - 11.4 drivers. You could also try if you can access the console in game with "alt+ctrl+~" enter "seta com_bootLogo 0" to disable all the intro stuff, you could also attempt to rename the assets/video folder. Maybe all the video files are causing the crash. With your FPS issue, if it still persists enter "seta r_shadows 0" and "seta r_usemotionblue 0" and " seta r_usehighqualitypostprocess 0" you could also download and try this program if you aren't comfortable with messing with configs, http://www.rush-zone.com/.

The 11.5a hotfix driver was proven to improve performance and stability on ATI graphic cards of 6xxx series. Unfortunately it's also been proven that this hotfix decreases performance on 4xxx/5xxx series. In your case you shouldn't be using the hotfix driver but a legacy driver such as 11.2 or 11.3.

makes me want too burn the game at a firepit just because the lack of testing and dont give me ohh its your hardware bs the game was poorly coded they worked hard on geting SMART too work but for getting too test othere things like gpus

You pick the area you want the file to save in ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\numbers\22350\local\base) and you pick the settings you want. The program generates an autoexec.cfg based on what you input and that overrides the game's main config file. By doing it this way you are able to tweak settings that aren't available in game and potentially improve your performance more than you could without it.

1. Complaining to the community to fix your problems probably won't get you a resolution in a time frame you see acceptable as most of us here don't have the source code or the means to file a bug, all we can is attempt to help you through your issue during our own free time.

2. Standard troubleshooting applies, I would check the event viewer at the time of the crash, if that didn't work, you could do things like reduce your hardware acceleration or video options to see if your able to work around the issue, or at least isolate the issue further.
