from the feed back by the fallout comminity i hear that the ufo is supposed to crash land around the time you reach level 20 as a random event.

it is unknown if there is another trigger for the event or if it is rng based, regardless i am a level 43 now and havent had the ufo crash land for me at its desegnated spot just looking for employee and fellow gamer feed back
