Crash in the first few seconds.

I just got done reinstalling Oblivion. I downloaded OBMM, OBSE, Pluggy, BOSS, TweakOblivion, and Wrye Bash, plus several mods. For some reason my game doesn't even get past the initial Bethesda video before it crashes. Here is my load order:

Ah, it appears I forgot to upgrade to at least OOO 1.34 first. After I do that I will see if it still crashes.

If the game crashes instantly when you start it, you have a mod that's missing a master.

You forgot to install the Marts Monster Mod.ESM file. You still need that, alongside the MMM for OOO master.

Also, get rid of OOO Waterfish (especially since you're running MMM Diverse Water Life), it's a performance hog.

Along with what Thomas said, you should use a Bashed Patch from Wyre Bash with all of those mods running.

You misinstalled MMM. You need the main MMM ESM installed. Running MMMforOOO does not require a Bashed Patch, but it does require that all master files are installed. Grab the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24646, and redo the MMMforOOO installation.

Yes, if using MMM 3.7b3PR3, which you should, OOO 1.34 Beta 5 is required. Note that it doesn't have an OOO Lite version, though, which means you can skip all those OOO Lite optionals that you have, as they already are merged in OOO Full, so:

OOO-DLT_Remover.esp - Are you sure you want to remove Drop Lit Torches? It's a cool feature if you ask me.
OOO-BirthSigns.esp - Don't use with OOO Full.
OOO-Combat_Skills_Perks_Marksmanship.esp - Don't use with OOO Full.
OOO-DaedraLord_Quests.esp - Don't use with OOO Full.
OOO-Dangerous_Traps.esp - Don't use with OOO Full.
OOO-Magic_Effects+Enchantments.esp - Don't use with OOO Full.

Ah, thanks. But last time I used any of those torch options the torches didn't have a name, and it was very annoying. They were just unnamed objects with the torch icon. Also, I didn't really want full because some of the features I didn't like, but I guess I'm stuck with it now. I thought the normal leveling meant normal leveling speed for OOO, not vanilla leveling speed. Whoops.

Do I just install that OMOD ontop of what I already have, or do I need to remove anything first?

If you installed MMM with an OMOD, disabling the OMOD should so the trick. Else, just overwrite.

Ok, I created the OMOD from the archive then installed, got about three billion "script on line "-something-is-wrong errors after clicking yes constantly, overwrote whatever it needed to overwrite, and it still crashes on startup.

The OMOD installation script has thorough step-for-step instructions which you evidently didn't follow. If you want to install advanced mods like MMM, you need to follow the instructions.

Alright, I'm sorry for making a mistake. I think it is because I only added the archive with the OMOD data in it, but I didn't add the second archive with the .bsa in it. That is what I am doing now.

Shouldn't be caused by Drop Lit Torches. At least, I've never heard of it before - so my guess is that something else was up with it then.

It works now! I wasn't using the .bsa archive nor the archive with the optional .esp's in it. Hurp durp. Anyways, I have a few questions.
Would it be safe to install Elaborate Eyes and Darnified UI ontop of it? Would it overwrite anything and make annoying bugs such as no potion icons?
