My game worked fine so far but after installing Better City's did it get a bit flunky and a lot more crashprone.

My current problem is that I have to travel to a certain location for a quest (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29087) but whenever I travel there I get a clean CTD.
The same when I try to sleep, no matter if its 1 hour or 24, I always get a CTD when I am about to wake up.

Hope someone can help me, here's my mod load order. Hope anyone can find the problem.

Did you turn off autosaves in the Oblivion.ini (My Documents/My Games/Oblivion).

This looks suspicious as well: Purge Cell Buffers - Loading.esp

And this is unnecessary with Map Marker Overhaul, I'm pretty sure: HouseMapMarkersOnlyBought.esp

Autosaves are on. I can turn them off to see if that has any effect.

The key chains are up to date though.

So, wouldn't cause a problem, but not needed either.

Did you try taking out the Purge mod?

Yes, removed the purge mod and will deactivate the SI compativility patch. I needed it since it did not work as said

I had a lot of keys in my inventory.

I also found out that its not just fast traveling but when passing a certain time, about 1:20 am in the game, that I crash.

Which I often reach by fast traveling or sleeping. waiting doesn't help either.

Found the culprit for the new crashes, was the fault of http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29087. I thzink it tried to update my quest log and then it all went poof.
