I've encountered black bears three times now, and my laptop has crashed each time I try and fight them. The second time I ran from the bear, then turned to attack it, and crash. The third time I tried to cast a spell on it, and it crashed. I'm onlyusing two mods, both of which I disabled just now, and still got the crash. Is this a known problem? Please help!

Never mind that. Turns out it's the bound equipment I've been using when attacking black bears :lol: does anyone know how to remove bound equipment without causing the game to crash? If I manage to unequip it, then save, the game crashes...I'm basically stuck and cannit play my game at all until I get this damn gear off! >_<

Wait for it to expire?

Unless the bound gear has been glitched to be permanent.

In that case, the Unofficial Oblivion Patch has a feature that removes stuck bound gear.
